Our downstairs apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two storey corner house at nr 1 Glasblazersstraat, close to the Catharijnebrug across the river Spaarne. In September 2013 we started renovating the house which at that time was very much outdated. Kitchen turned into bathroom and bathroom turned into kitchen. The gloomy inner yard turned into a bright garden-room. In short, a complete make-over.
The apartment of 45m2, includes a spacious livingroom of 24m2, a nice bedroom, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and toilet and a simple kitchen provided with all necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. In the bedroom as well as in the livingroom there is a tv available with DVD and wifi. In the livingroom it”s possible to play nostalgic LP’s from the sixties, the seventies and the eighties.There’s also an extra single bed for a possible third guest, or the possibility for our guests to sleep apart.
